Proven Techniques and Your Group will Reach it’s
Goals!

chart to determine how many Pizza Cards you need to order
to reach your Goal. |

Decide with your group, when to hold your Fund-Raiser.
- We suggest no more than a 2 to 3 week campaign,
except in special circumstances.

Order your Buy For Charity Pizza Cards!
- You may order by phone at 1-866-456-3264, by Mail,
or Order Online
- We accept Credit Cards, checks, or Money Orders.
If Payment is made with a Credit Card, your cards
will usually be shipped within 24 hours.
- All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours
of receipt of payment.

- Print Out the Campaign
Checklist to make sure you don’t forget
any of the small details.
- Take a Look at our Selling
Tools and print out the necessary items.

|
Determine where and how you will sell your Buy For
Charity Pizza Cards.
- Your members will want to get Pizza Cards for themselves
as well as other family members and friends.
- Door to Door - in member's neighborhoods (See Safety
Tips).
- Store Fronts - Use our Store
Front permission form and Store
Location script
to help secure store front (Point of Sale) Locations.
- Organization Functions - PTA
Meetings, Sporting Events, Church Lobby.

Decide on prize levels, prizes and maybe a competition.
(This step is optional, but it’s always a good
motivator)
- Ask local merchants or members to
donate prizes. Call Putt-Putt, hobby shops, movie theaters,
go-kart tracks, toy stores, water parks, amusement parks
etc.

- Just before the "Kick-Off
Rally", send home Parent
Letters informing them of the Fund-Raiser, and
invite them to the Rally.

Hold Kick Off Rally (very important)

Provide ongoing motivation and support for your
members during the entire campaign
- Weekly prizes help your members stay motivated (see
prize ideas).

|
Collect and count your money. Have a party. Pass
out Prizes
- Collect and count your money.
- Have a Pizza party for the winning team, or everybody.
(optional)
- Pass out final prizes. Go over final results. Congratulate
everyone.
- Spend your money on your wants and needs
